If you would like to place an order with The Albatross, simply call or email us. We will check the available quantities and notify you if there are some items that are out of stock. We will strive to ship your purchases within 3 business days.
Phone Orders:
Call us toll free at 888.750.0733. Please have the item(s) name and number, as well as your credit card information (Visa or Mastercard).
Email Orders:
Please email your order with the following information: item name, item number, color if neccessary, quantity, your name, address, phone number, credit card number, and expiration date. For those who do not like to email your credit card information, we will gather your order then contact you with the purchase total and to receive your credit card info.
Custom Items:
Furniture and custom artwork require a minimum 50% deposit. Custom furniture pieces are hand-built and take 10 to 12 weeks for shipment. Custom pottery pieces take 4 to 7 weeks for shipment. Shipment of these items are made when the remaining balance is paid in full. Any items that are not completely paid in full within 180 days of when order is completed will be considered abandoned and become property of The Albatross or Artist.
